+ as for the voice- when i first saw the vid (on totp) the fact at the bottom said she got teased when she was little for sounding like a goat. jealousy i'm sure, but still....
+ she should be able to speak spanish, she is dominican after all.
the best part is all the parts where she is wearing red, because that skirt is SO fabulous. i want one just like it. plus it serves to show off what a great dancer she is (the part where she makes all the ruffles shake).

You guys are pathetic. Okay, Mr. Not-just-any-shade-of-blue, I think it's time you've got some sense knocked into you. Shakira is about as good at Justin or Britney or Paris, even. The first two can dance, which is nice, the third has a child, and Paris has videos. Obviously they all make much more than we'd ever imagine. That doesn't mean they produce quality music. Shakira IS Colombian, though I don't understand why you're reading FHM and not something a little more intellectual like The New Yorker. Everyone looks good in red (it must be one of those generally accepted facts by now) and I don't think that counts as a valid point for why she is "hot". She's mediocre at best. You'll regain my respect when you've purchased the Thom Yorke album and listened to it about 223 times. I think you've permanently lost IFB's by becoming a fan of THAT soccer team.

As for Dominican or not, I thought she was half Lebanese, half Colombian, so it's not so surprising her hips can send signals faster than broadband.

The song is a bit pants though. As for "Oh baby when you talk like that" coming shortly after rentarapper mumbling something about my house is your house, so to get a girl, one needs to speak solely in clichés?
It's just occurred to me, while checking the lines used, that how do we know that in the bit where's she sitting down that there isn't a facehugger trying to break free from her torso?

Firstly azuric, I think you love me more :-P and I'm glad to hear its only mild support for THAT team. Secondly, it will be your tears that will be wiped (unless they are tears of joy, then they will be mine).And finally, its good to know you're the reason the new Thom Yorke album is number 3 in the UK.
ferox, everyone DOES look good in red, because red is the colour, football is the game (translation = everyone INCLUDING AZURIC [if you want friendly rivalry twister is always fun] should support United, even if simply for the sole purpose of being able to wear red). + also, I like GQ which is kind of akin to FHM. Personally, I think magazines like that are important, because they give us women insight into what men want.

I agree, the song isn't all that. But the video is really good. And I don't mean that in the horny perving on Shakira way, it is actually tres funky with all the colour and dancing and stuff.
And Rent-a-Rapper? As much as that phrase did make me LOL so hard that my sister told me off, it's not earning you points. As your Ghetto-Guru I'd have expected you to know that that was Wyclef Jean of the Fugees.

FHM is so full of cack and slutty girls, it's really quite off-putting.
That is not what I want, and never feel you have to act like that to get a guy. A decent guy will love and respect you for who you are, not for what you can do with a can of whipped cream.
