I thought you hated cheating slimeballs!!! This is a club full of the very worst. And who knows where Ibramovich is getting all that money from. Not to mention the fact that this club as a bigger history of RACISM and HOOLIGANISM than any club in the UK and possibly even Europe.
I feel like such an irresponsible friend. How could I let this happen?
If you flipping like blue there are lots of other options:
Portsmouth, Wigan, god forbid, even City would be better than Chelsea.
Don't do this to yourself. Don't do this to ME! This is football fan suicide. If you get to committed thats it. Its over. You are tied to this club fot the rest of your life.

Just because I can see the Arsenal stadium from here... (well, I think it is; could be a shopping centre).
Look, it's football. There's a ball and some feet, and that's about it. But even I know only Chelsea are the Dido* of the football world (I don't mean the Queen of Carthage). Have some dignity man, support people who deserve it, like Exeter (er, ok, so you'd probably have to give the players a lift to St James's, but just because they fell off the bottom of the leagues...).
Don't you have a local team?
* Or possibly Paris Hilton. Yet to hear, only heard about, and dreading to think.

Okay okay, just let me explain this decision.
I've only recently got into football (i.e. during the World Cup) and so don't know much about what sounds like the horrific and evil history of the club.
I wanted to start supporting a team, and I like Lampard and Terry, and Joe Cole is amazing, plus I'm moving to Kensington in October so I figured Chelsea was the perfect choice.
I know I wasn't born in London, but come on, Leicester? I don't even know any Leicester players, let alone where they are in the League Tables.
And I don't know Debs at all.
Chelsea boxers and wallpaper? Er, this is me you're talking to. I wouldn't wear merchandise boxers even if I was paid to. And wallpaper?! No dahling, no. *Shudders*
Excuse me for being mildly amused. I knew this would wind you up. But at least it provides some friendly rivalry. Maybe not Chelsea then, but a love of the individual players?

I used to think that but NO! There's so much more to it then that. You should have watched the World Cup. It converted me. The passion, the skill, the determination, the excitement.
And plus, I thought you'd have liked to have watched the players, if not the game. :P
I like the Paris song.
Most people are jumping on the OMG I Hate Paris bandwagon without actually giving a fair oppinion of the song. I think it sounds a little Gwen Steffani/No doubt-ish.
It's not an amazing record, but it's not utter cack. It's just a regular cheesy pop song.
